Intec updates...

Getting used to being a UiTM UNDERGRADUATE.....

I take back my words. The internet connection here STINKS!!! Well, I suppose its good for me...stops me from wanting to access Internet at all..

Anyway, today's the first day of class, so somehow, Jillian and Christina roused me up (which much difficulty, may I add) and we boarded the first bus, half asleep to check the classes we're assigned to.

By the way, its obvious that I'm settleng down here...cos I'm stating to sleep like a log again. For example, on Monday morning, Jillian, Christina, Xiang Xiang, and I had planned to meet at 7.40am, thus allowing us to catch the 8am bus. That would have been fine, if it wasn't because I had a really late night, and all my housemates and I overslept. We didn't have to be in Intec until 4pm for the Treasure Hunt, so no one bothered to wake up anyway.

Well, my alarms didn't wake anyone up, and neither did Jillian's calls and messages from Judy & Christina. I only woke up at EIGHT, when Christina and Jillian gate-crashed my room (thanks goodness they did).

Well, we caught the 8.30 bus instead, at returned by 10am only to go back again at 3.45.

Anyway today, we reached early and immediately hustled off to check our classes.

And guess what class am I in...

*drumrolls*

PAAKANTYI!!!

Man, I can barely even pronounce that!!! Apparently, the names each year are according to some Australian feature, and this year, its Tribal languages. Jeez...Why can't they call us Koala, Platypus and Dingo instead?

Other classes names include Warunggu, Bunubbu, Kaurna, Arabama, Luritja, etc etc etc...

Xiang xiang's my classmate, thus making us the only class with to Vet Science majors. We're heavily outnumbered...only 7 in the entire batch...

Overall, I find my class quite nice. Seems like a pretty conducive place to study, and everyone I'm with is aiming for TER of 90-something...(medicine, vet, pharmacy, etc)...This is really really gonna force me to study...

I'm pretty much satisfied, except for one thing...our HORRIBLE TIMETABLE!!!

Especially tuesday & friday.

Class on tuesday: 8AM TO 6PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Class on Friday (everyone until 12 only): 8AM to 12PM, then 3PM to 5PM!!!!!

*packs bag and runs back to Taylors*

I miss 8 to 3 classes...................sobz........................................='(
