I got JPA scholarship!!!

Kursus: Sains Perubatan Veterinar
Negara: Australia

Tahniah

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa saudara/ saudari telah berjaya dipilih dan ditawarkan Biasiswa Persekutuan di bawah Program Ijazah Luar Negara 2007.

Frankly, I'm thrilled...=D =D =D

But I suppose its goodbye to my friends in Taylors; PM9, Music Club, String Ensemble, Pet Lover's Society, etc? I've become unbelievably attached to the String Ensemble (its the highlight of my monday), I really don't wanna leave...and neither do I want to leave the Music Club committees nor Musical Night project, seeing how busy the project's getting now and the problems we're facing...=(

Wonder if they really mean the no appealing of location for the Kolej Persediaan...My teacher's daughter did successfully apply to stay in Taylors 2 years ago. Anyone has any idea how I may go about doing that?

Will probably know what college they'll be sending me to within this few weeks...Wonder if I can appeal then...=/

But then again, I got the chance to study Veterinary Medicine in Australia!

~~~~~
Congrats to everyone who got the scholarship, by the way, and for those who don't, do not despair, there's still hope with the appeal, and well, there's plenty of other scholarships available =)
Well, its a perfect end to a less-than perfect week. Received a surprise phone call from FELDA, saying that I was shortlisted for an interview (Wait, I actually applied for FELDA???)
Anyway, that meant I would have to miss at least half of the Music Club General Meeting. Cue guilty feeling, I never miss any club meetings if I can help it...
It didn't help that I was down with a mild case of food poisoning on Wednesday, which nearly made me throw up on my LAN paper, and rendered me lethargic for the rest of Thursday. In fact, it was only during the ICPU dinner on Thursday night that I had survived a record of 32 hours without food. (not that I was hungry, anyway)
Speaking of the ICPU dinner, it was my second performance with the violin, and man, I stand firm by my comments on the previous performance; I really am learning loads from the String Ensemble! This time, I played my first duet piece, my first triple stop...Goodness, Mr How'll be proud...
And Faye's right, it really is absolutely AWESOME to play duets!!!
Well, we didn't have much notice, therefore we really rushed to get the pieces (Entertainer, some classical piece, and Syncopatins) ready. Thank goodness the dinner was postponed to Thursday, and not the Friday before.
Special thanks to Faye, Jo Ann and Venny who performed as well; I really learnt loads from them. Thanks, guys...=D
From left: Venny, me, Faye, and Jo Ann. A noob playing amongst the seniors...
Madam & The Fantastic Four...Hehe...We may have left, but we're still a team...
Joy, Laughter and Fun...PSS SMKSU I remembered so well...
Oh yeah, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to Madam Khoo!!! I bet you're surprised that your ex-librarians actually held 2 celebrations for you this year, instead of the usual 1. Well, usually its Erik and I organising it together, but this time, as he couldn't make it on Tuesday, he organised on as well today! So, 2 celebrations, 2 cakes!!! (pictures will be posted up when my computer is repaired...using college com now...aihz...)
Felt wonderful to be back in SMKSU, visiting all my teachers...Made me reminisce about all the wonderful times we had; gathering, chatting, and working in the library...racing up and down the field in blistering heat, all in the name of QM duties...Barging to the front line of any event to get the best shots for the Photography Club...Gossiping, Chit-Chatting, and copying each other's homework in class (Gamma gang, I miss you guys...)...I'd never thought I'd say this, but I actually miss tuitions too!!! Or to be exact, the times I had with my friends in tuition, especially Addmaths, with the entire Dugong Family together.
And now, memories of all the good times in Taylors, will they become a past too?
The cheerful, boistrous class of PM9...Must I leave?
